Additions:
IMPORTANT: These quests have changed, I will update this page soon to reflect the changes done (basically the timer is more complex now).

Additions:
- You get skill credits and xp invested in the skill back when you go from specialized to trained.
- The timer starts when you pick up a <whatever> Gem of Raising OR a <whatever> Gem of Lowering.
- There is a seperate timer each kind of gem, so you can move 10 points every 2 weeks.
- If the attribute you are about to lower started with less than 20 or the attribute you are about to raise started with more than 90, then you won't move 10 points, but as many points as it takes for the attribute you lower to drop to 10 base or the attribute you raise to reach 100 base.
Deletions:
- You get skill credits and xp invested in the skill back when you go from specialized to trained.

Useful notes about the skill alteration quests
On both runs you may encounter mid-to-high-level content, be careful when running your mule there.
The area around Temple of Enlightenment seemed to be safe, so once you are there you should take no damage while beeing AFK, looking up Words of Power here.
The area around Temple of Forgetfulness is not safe. You might take damage while beeing AFK, looking up words of power here.
Inside the dungeons are Iron, Copper and Obsidian Golems in pairs of 2. Drop is safe.
If you use a <whatever> Gem of Forgetfulness for a skill you have specialized, skill will drop to trained, not to untrained.
You get skill credits and xp invested in the skill back when you go from specialized to trained.
You get skill credits and xp invested in the skill back when you go from trained to untrained.
XP invested in a trained skill you specialize will stay invested.
You can log out in the Inner Sanctum and log back in without getting sent back to the lifestone
The timer starts when you pick up a <whatever> Gem of Enlightenment OR a <whatever> Gem of Forgetfulness. Timer is valid for both kind of gems. If you want to drop skill A and specialize Skill B instead it will take 3 weeks to do so.
