How to specialize a skill after character creation
Getting to the Temple of Enlightenment
Get a bunch of spell components, maybe 2 or 3, each of a different kind of herb (if you do everything right you will only need one, but you never know). Then get ALL life protections and go to Qalabar.
Run to and take the Land Bridge Villas Portal (74.89S,17.87E). From the drop point run North-West following the road till it ends at 85.2S 1.2E. From here you have two choices:
Path A (few monsters, but high jump damage taken)
Run North-West along the mountain-ridge, with the valley beeing on your left side until you get to 84.1S 0.1E. Get as low as you can running, then jump, facing to the sea. With 307 Jump and lvl 5 protections I got about 120 points of impact damage.
Path B (more monsters, but no jump damage taken)
Run West from here following the zig zag ledge until you come to 85.7S 0.9W, then turn North into the valley, run to 84.2S 0.8W, then turn East till 84.2S 0.4W, then turn South-East into the valley.
At the Temple of Enlightenment
The Guardian of the Temple of Enlightenment is at 84.5S 0.0E/W - double click him and look up the
spell component he is asking for. If you have the right one, hand it to the guardian, otherwise just keep on double clicking until he asks for one you have.
Inside the Temple of Enlightenment
Once inside head down and while heading down
always when the way splits choose the same side, meaning either always right way or always left way. If you mix left and right you will get to a fake "Inner Sanctum" portal, which will bring you back to the guardian, otherwise you get to a working "Inner Sanctum" portal.
Inside the inner sanctum are several rooms with gems on the walls. Find the gem of the skill you want to specialize, pick up and use. You will have to confirm once. Read that message carefully and be sure it names the right skill to specialize. Click Yes and you are done.
