Southern Resonating Crystal
Find and kill a Shroud Cabal Forager Captain in southern Osteth.
I found mine at 60.9S, 29.6E, near the Gredaline Consulate. Another reported spawn location is 70.9S, 29.7E, thanks to Kin'Ta of HG.
The captain had 3 or 4 Shroud Cabal Forager next to him.
Loot the Forager Captain's Resonator off him.
Go to the Southern Resonating Crystal at 52.7S, 46.7E - you can get there via the Shara Portal at 50.1S, 63.5E near Baishi.
Hand the Resonator to the Crystal to get portaled inside a dungeon.
Drop seems safe to rebuff. This dungeon contains Shroud Cabal Forager as well
as Drudge Ravener. Dungeon is linear, so keep going until you come to the end room.
Defeat the Shroud Cabal Ley-Leech (???, forgot to write the name down)
and loot the Ley Leech's Medallion.
You can loot the text named Ley-Leech's Orders as well, but I found no use for
it besides lore.
Head to Sawato and hand the Medallion to the Geomancer Nomendar al-Rakh at 28.6S, 59.2E.
You give Nomendar al-Rakh Ley Leech's Medallion.
Nomendar al-Rakh tells you, "Very interesting! This medallion can actually be used to directly siphon mana out of a node between ley lines, if one possesses the geomantic skill necessary... Not useful to one such as yourself, you understand, but I have colleagues who would find this medallion to be valuable and informative. All I can do is thank you with some practical experience..."
You've earned 1,022,688 experience.
XP reward for me was 1,022,688 - that is 5% of the XP from 60 to 61.
Northern Resonating Crystal
Find and kill a Shroud Cabal Raider Captain in northern Osteth.
I found mine at 49.15N, 16.17W.
The captain had 3 or 4 Shroud Cabal Raider next to him.
Loot the Raider Captain's Resonator off him.
Go to the Northern Resonating Crystal at 51.5N, 32.6E.
Hand the Resonator to the Crystal to get portaled inside a dungeon.
Drop seems safe to rebuff. This dungeon contains Shroud Cabal Raider (lvl 115)
as well as Telumiat Hollow Minion (lvl 120). Dungeon is linear, so keep going until you come to the end room.
Defeat the Shroud Cabal Node-Leech and loot the Node Leech's Medallion.
You can loot the text named Node-Leech's Orders as well, but I found no use for
it besides lore.
