Wolfs Plugin Framework∞ for Visual Studio.
You can find my version at
http://svn.ranta.info/repos/decaldev/trunk/PluginTemplate/PluginTemplate2.9.6.0-en.zip∞ - it works with both Visual Studio 2005 and 2008.
