How to move 10 points from one attribute to another?

Go to the Temple of Enlightenment. Inside the inner Sanctum you will find gems named "Gem of Raising <attribute>". Find the gem of the attribute you want to raise and pick it up.
Next go to the Temple of Forgetfulness. Inside the inner Sanctum you will find gems named "Gem of Lowering <attribute>". Find the gem of the attribute you want to lower and pick it up.
Now combine the two gems and you will get a "<Attribute> to <Attribute> Gem". Use it. You will have to confirm once. Read that messages carefully and be sure it names the right attributes to alter. Click Yes and you are done.
